This is my go-to snack for Saturdays during college football season when my beloved Clemson Tigers are playing.
- 2 cans of chicken chunks
- 1 brick Cream cheese (softened)
- Ranch dressing
- Queso fresco
- Garlic chipotle seasoning
- Hot sauce
- Colby jack (or pepper jack) for the top
Mix up everything but the cheese for the top and spread into baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (or until bubbly)
Top with shredded cheese.
Enjoy with tortilla chips!
