Makes 2 Loaves | Bake Time: Approx 1 Hour
Dry Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups white rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Wet Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- (1) 15oz can pumpkin
Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- In separate bowl combine wet ingredients
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined
- Pour into pans (I use non-stick spray to prep pans)
- Bake 1 hour at 350F or until done. (Don’t preheat if using handmade pottery pans).
