Michele’s Hash-Brown Casserole

Don’t count the calories-just enjoy with a hot cup of coffee. 

1 pkg frozen hash browns 
1 small package of frozen seasoning blend (onions & peppers) 
Cooked and drained ground sausage 
Shredded cheese 
2 cans of “Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuit” dough or equivalent 
White milk gravy (they sell packets…just add milk and cook, or make your own from scratch with the sausage drippings…recipe for that coming later) 
In a large casserole dish mix up potatoes, seasoning blend, cheese, & sausage. 
 Cook at 350° for about 20 minutes. 
Remove from oven then carefully place the biscuit dough on top, thinly to cover entire top. 
Cook the rest of the way according to the biscuit directions, until golden brown on top and sides. 
Serve with the gravy dished on top.
